yOGA WITH STEVE

Take a moment to slow down, stretch, and reconnect with yourself at our festival wellbeing area.

 

Our yoga sessions are led by Steven, a fully qualified yoga teacher trained to the 500-hour diploma level with the British Wheel of Yoga. Teaching in a classical Hatha style, Steven creates a welcoming space where participants can explore movement in a way that feels safe, accessible, and beneficial for their individual bodies.

 

Focusing on functional movement rather than perfect poses, his classes help improve mobility, build mind-body awareness, and encourage relaxation. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your practice, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

 

No experience required – simply bring yourself and an open mind, and enjoy the benefits of movement, breath, and wellbeing in a relaxed festival setting.

SOUND HEALING
WITH MIN

Take a moment to pause, unwind, and immerse yourself in the calming world of sound healing at our festival wellbeing area.

 

Our sound healing sessions are led by Elizabeth Peterken of Therapeutic Sound Healing. Combining the transformative power of sound with psychotherapeutic insight, they create a safe and nurturing environment designed to support relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and inner balance.

 

Using carefully curated sounds and vibrations, these sessions can help quiet the mind, release tension, and encourage a deeper connection with yourself. The experience offers an opportunity to step away from the bustle of the festival and enjoy a moment of stillness and restoration.

 

Whether you’re seeking relaxation, clarity, emotional reset, or simply a chance to recharge, these immersive sessions provide a gentle and accessible pathway to wellbeing.

8:00am – 8:45am
Morning PJ Yoga
Start your day with a gentle stretch, mindful movement, and relaxed breathing to ease you into the festival day ahead.

9:00am – 9:45am
Sound Healing
Relax and recharge with an immersive sound healing session designed to promote calm, balance, and wellbeing.

10:00am – 10:45am
Prepare to Party Yoga
An energising yoga session to wake up the body, boost your mood, and get you ready for a fantastic day at the festival.
