Terms & Conditions
 

Tickets are sold for Chiddfest Music Festival (hereafter referred to as CF) through CF and its authorised ticket outlets, in accordance with the terms and conditions below.

These terms contain important information, please read them carefully. Use of a ticket and entry onto the festival site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, and an agreement by the holder to comply with them.

Ticket Policy

• Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be resold or re-issued.

• Tickets resold or transferred for commercial gain or profit by anyone other than CF or an authorised agent will be rendered void. Entry may be refused or the ticket holder ejected.

• Tickets may not be used in promotions, competitions, or hospitality packages without written permission from CF. Such tickets will become void and may result in refusal of entry or ejection.

• Tickets are sold subject to CF’s right to alter the programme or festival layout due to circumstances beyond its control.

• In the event of festival cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the organisers’ control, no refunds will be issued.

• Children’s tickets must be purchased in conjunction with an adult ticket. All children 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Proof of age may be required on site for children's tickets to help prevent fraud and unauthorised resale.

• Lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered tickets

• Check your tickets upon receipt, mistakes may not be rectifiable.

Conditions of Entry

• All ticket holders enter at their own risk. CF holds no liability for loss, injury, or damage sustained on site.

• Tickets cannot be re-sold. Defaced or damaged tickets will not be accepted.

• If you lose your tickets, contact CF. We will blacklist the original and re-issue new tickets.

• Parking must be in designated areas with a valid parking ticket. Vehicles parked outside these areas may be removed.

• Security searches will be conducted upon entry. Refusal will result in immediate eviction with no re-entry.

• Amnesty boxes are available for voluntary surrender of illegal substances or prohibited items upon entry.

• CF reserves the right to confiscate alcohol, PAs, generators, glass, and any banned items.

• No alcohol may be brought into the festival arena. Those found in breach may be evicted.

• Anyone selling alcohol without authorisation will be evicted.

• Parents are responsible for their children and may also be evicted if their child is involved in alcohol consumption, criminal or anti-social behaviour.

• Lost or damaged wristbands cannot be replaced. Individuals without a valid wristband may be removed from site.

• Tampering with wristbands will result in immediate eviction.

• Spot checks and identity verification may occur at any time.

 

On-Site Rules

• No fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, flags, banners, or similar items are permitted. These will be confiscated and entry may be refused.

• No illegal substances or offensive articles may be brought on site. Breach of this rule may lead to prosecution.

• Only authorised vendors may sell goods, food, drink, or merchandise on-site.

• Trading without permission is prohibited and will result in confiscation and eviction.

• Professional recording equipment is not permitted without CF’s agreement. Breach may result in confiscation of equipment.

• Attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for official festival media use.

• Dogs are permitted but must be kept on leads at all times, and owners must clean up after their pets.

Performances & Programming

• CF reserves the right to change the lineup or schedule without notice.

• Changes to the advertised bill do not qualify for a ticket refund.

Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

• Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the entire Festival is cancelled.

• If the Festival is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund excluding any booking or service fees.

• If you accept tickets for the rescheduled event, you waive your right to request a refund later due to the original cancellation.
